Evonik richtet Innovationsorganisation konsequent auf Marktnähe und Umsetzung aus. Eine zentrale Funktion übernimmt die Evonik Innovation Factory. Sie soll den Wachstumspfad mit bis zu 300 Millionen € zusätzlichem Umsatz untermauern. Durch kombinatorische Innovation soll die Innovation Factory Projekte innerhalb von durchschnittlich fünf Jahren marktreif machen.
